This design has approximately 1,600 square feet of construction in two levels.

Upstairs is the master suite. It has approximately 600 square feet of living space with access
to the terrace and balcony. This level also features cathedral ceilings with exposed beams, a
fireplace, a spacious bathroom and eucalyptus hardwood throughout.
